Gretchen Baudenbacher

Director of External Education Programs

With a Masters from the Media Ecology program at NYU’s Steinhardt School of Education, Gretchen brings an extensive background in professional development and media arts education. She was Project Director and Editor of EVC’s DVD Curriculum Youth-Powered Video in addition to managing all of EVC’s professional development programs serving educators nationally and internationally including New York City, the Bay Area, Seattle, London, New Delhi and Bangalore. Prior to her work at EVC, she worked at the Children’s Museum in Minnesota, the Minnesota Museum of American Art, Visual Understanding in Education (VUE), and the Gallery of Photography in Dublin, Ireland as well as countless restaurants. Gretchen has yet to produce her own video project, but has hours of unwatched footage. She hopes to one day do a documentary on the Solid Gold Dancers.
