There are two ways to order EVC videos:

• Online: To order through our secure online order process, browse through the EVC Store and click on the appropriate price button to add an item to your shopping cart. See the prices section for more details on List and K-12 pricing.

• By Fax or Mail: If you prefer not to order online, you can download a PDF version of our Order Form and then fax or mail us your order.

Refunds & Cancellations
EVC will replace damaged tapes returned within 30 days of purchase. Cancellations are subject to a fee of $12 per title and must be received at least 5 business days before scheduled shipment, or full charges will apply.

Rights & Clearance
All EVC publications, lesson plans, curriculum guides, video cassettes and digital video discs are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and cannot be duplicated, reproduced, altered, broadcast, cablecast, loaned for a fee, sublicensed, shown in settings where admission is charged, transformed by analog or digital means or any other way without written authorization from EVC.

Public Performance Rights
All EVC videotapes listed in our catalog are available for purchase. The purchase price includes public performance rights for classroom, organizational or library use by the acquiring customer when no admission is charged. Customers must receive written permission from EVC before showing any EVC videotapes at a paid-admission screening or fundraising event. University customers may purchase license fees for closed-circuit use of EVC tapes within a single campus.

Shipping & Handling
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks unless other arrangements are requested at the time the order is placed. The standard shipping charge for video (VHS or DVD) is $12 for the first video and $4 for each additional video. The standard shipping charge for books is $4 for each book. The standard shipping charge for the curriculum package is $12 each.

Rush Orders
Rush orders (delivery within 5 business days) may not be placed online. To place a Rush Order, call EVC at 212-465-9366 x15. Additional Rush charges will apply.

Volume Discounts
Volume and additional copy discounts are available on request for all customers who purchase 5 or more videos or publications. Discount orders must be placed by fax and paid by institutional check or purchase order. Email orders@evc.org to inquire or fax us your completed order form at 212-465-9369.
