EVC PREVIEW POLICIES

Pricing: The first video is $25, and each additional video is $5. The maximum is 5 preview tapes at a time. Shipping costs are not included in this price.

Payment: Advanced payment of preview fees is required. Checks, purchase orders and money orders should be made payable to the Educational Video Center. Preview fees may be applied towards the purchase price of the videotape provided that it is purchased within 90 days of the preview due date.

Term: Please return preview tapes 5 business days after you receive them.

Shipping: Customers should allow 1-2 weeks for the fulfillment of their preview request. Customers who require Rush Orders (delivery within 5 business days or less) will be charged for express shipping at cost in addition to preview fees. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping tapes back to EVC by the due date: Educational Video Center, Attn: Previews, 120 West 30th Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA.

Rights: Preview tapes are reserved for schools and organizations with established acquisitions budgets for evaluation purposes only. The EVC preview agreement does NOT include rights for public performance or classroom screenings. These rights must be obtained through the purchase of EVC videos.

Copyright: All EVC videotapes are protected by US and international copyright laws and cannot be duplicated, reproduced, altered, broadcast, cablecast, loaned for a fee, sublicensed, shown in settings where admission is charged, transformed by analog or digital means or any other way without written authorization from EVC.

EVC RENTAL POLICIES

Pricing: The List price per video rental is $75 and the K-12 price is $35. Shipping costs are not included in this price. There is also an option to rent the video with EVC youth speakers: List price $100 and K-12 price $50.

Payment: Advanced payment of rental fees is required. Checks, purchase orders and money orders should be made payable to the Educational Video Center. The rental fee (not including shipping and handling, rush order, or credit card fees) may be applied towards the purchase price of an EVC video purchased within 90 days of the rental screening date.

Term: Videos are due 3 business days after the screening date. Customers will be billed at full list price for unreturned videotapes.
