Description

New York City students team up with youth from Tennessee to document daily life in the mountains of Appalachia. Young producers capture the strength and dignity of one family as they struggle to survive impoverished conditions and living without electricity or running water. Letta’s Family is a personal look at the circumstances of poverty in rural America.
