Under 21 is an intimate portrait of how two NYC youth get access to alcohol, why they drink, and the potential consequences. Taking the spotlight off the individual consumer, this documentary explores how the drinking culture and over saturation of alcohol ads in the Lower East Side and Upper East Side influence young people from these neighborhoods.
