Our history of over 40 years caring for and lifting up BIPOC, queer, and working-class communities, our very mission, flies in the face of this administration’s agenda of fear, deportation, silencing, and oppression. We represent bold resistance. And because we refuse to blink, we are a target.

Our Alumni Reunion on June 6th reminded us that EVC has always been a Home Place: a space rooted in community care, resistance, and growth. But today, our community needs you!
​We need funds to continue uplifting our community and supporting education and care for other young filmmakers who, like you, are eager to make a difference.

We suggest that alumni like you commit to supporting EVC with $5 per month, the price of a cup of coffee. If you can give $10, $20, or $100 every month, we’ll take that, too. Even a recurring donation of $1 per month will help.
