Did you know that 90% of executives in the cannabis industry are white, and only 7% are Black? As of today, there are 37 states with approved medical marijuana use, and 18 of those states and Washington, D.C., also have approved recreational use. And even in these legalized states, Black people are still arrested at higher rates than their white counterparts. But what does all of this mean?

Joining us are special guests Asia Alston, CEO of Happy Healing Wellness and Denzel Deranamie, a young filmmaker who started his production company after leaving college due to a marijuana possession charge.
