The Spring Youth Documentary team shares the story of their friend living with bipolar disorder and major depression, revealing the complexity of mental health issues among youth today. During their research, several EVC students also discover how depression impacts their own lives - as well as 1 out of every 5 adolescents nationwide. Through interviews with experts and those affected, youth producers explore ways to deal with serious depressive illnesses and find the calm after the storm.
